Warmhaus Summer 2019 Boiler Sales Campaign

Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. Participants are required to download the “Warmhaus Partner UK” Mobile App and register before or during the campaign period, in order to be granted points after they install the boilers and scan the QR codes of the boilers installed via the Warmhaus Partner UK App.

  2. The “Campaign Period” (period in which the scanned QR codes of the boilers installed will grant points for Warmhaus Summer 2019 Boiler Sales Campaign) is valid from June 14th,2019 to August 14th,2019.

  3. There’s no limit to the number of boilers that can be installed during the campaign period.

  4. To qualify for a reward, the participant needs to install at least as many boilers the offered reward requires during the campaign period and must scan the QR codes (by Warmhaus Partner UK App and only through his/her own registered account) of each boiler that was installed.

  5. The points that were used to create a voucher, cannot be used for Warmhaus Summer 2019 Boiler Sales Campaign.

  6. The participant must be in position of points; equivalent to the number of boilers required for that reward and must not have spent them. The points spent cannot be re-used.

  7. If some or all the points gained during the campaign period were used or converted to voucher/s, the participant needs to make additional installations and registrations before the end of the campaign period to qualify for a reward.

  8. The points gained before the campaign period, are not subject to any rewards of the Warmhaus Summer 2019 Boiler Sales Campaign.

  9. In case the participant has enough points for multiple rewards, he/she is welcome to choose the same reward multiple times or choose different rewards as long as; participant’s points gained in the campaign period, allows.

  10. By participating in the campaign constitutes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Warmhaus Mobily Loyalty Program Application Privacy Policy.

  11. Warmhaus Heating Ltd. reserve the right to vary or substitute the prizes without any prior notice.

  12. Warmhaus Heating Ltd. shall have the right to amend the terms and conditions of this campaign and is entitled to withdraw from this promotion at any time at its discretion, without prior notice.


Reward Terms & Conditions

  1. The “Warmhaus Summer 2019 Boiler Sales Campaign” has 4 rewards;
    1. Golden Route to Dubai (3 Nights – 4 Days)
      1. Number of Warmhaus Boiler installations and registrations required to be rewarded: 20 Boilers = 400 Points.

      2. To be rewarded the “Golden Route to Dubai”; the installer must have points available equivalent to 20 boilers (400 Points) in his/her “My Points” tab, which were granted within the campaign period.

      3. The reward includes;
        1. Flight ticket from UK to Dubai and Dubai to UK (Economy Class).

        2. 3 Nights Bed & Breakfast accommodation in 4 star hotel for 1 person.

        3. Transfers from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport.

        4. Half day Dubai City tour with an English-speaking guide.  
    2. Silver Route to Turkey (2 Nights – 3 Days)
      1. Number of Warmhaus Boiler installations and registrations required to be rewarded: 10 Boilers = 200 Points.

      2. To be rewarded the “Silver Route to Turkey”; the installer must have points available equivalent to 10 boilers (200 Points) in his/her “My Points” tab, which were granted within the campaign period.

      3. The reward includes;
        1. Flight ticket from UK to Turkey and Turkey to UK (Economy Class).

        2. 2 Nights Bed & Breakfast accommodation in 4 star hotel for 1 person.

        3. Warmhaus reserves the right to choose one destination from Istanbul or Antalya depending on the seasonal conditions.

        4. Transfers from Airport to Hotel and Hotel to Airport.  
    3. Bronze Weekend in the Lake District for 2 (1 Night – 2 Days)
      1. Number of Warmhaus Boiler installations and registrations required to be rewarded: 5 Boilers = 100 Points

      2. To be rewarded the “Bronze Weekend for 2”; the installer must have points available equivalent to 5 boilers (100 Points) in his/her “My Points” tab, which were granted within the campaign period.

      3. The reward includes;
        1. 1 Night Bed & Breakfast accommodation in a Lake District hotel for 2 persons.  
    4. Buy 10 Boilers, Get 1 Boiler Free
      1. The participants that do not want to travel, still get to have an option to be rewarded. For every 10 Warmhaus Boilers installed and registered, the participant is rewarded a Warmhaus Boiler free of charge.

  2. Exclusions: Excess baggage, visas, insurance, extra meals and drinks, items of personal nature, entrance fees, tips, port taxes & fuel supplements, departure taxes, optional activities and all the other services not stated in the “The reward includes” section above of this document.

  3. Reward Trip Dates: The dates of the trips will be determined and announced by Warmhaus Heating Ltd. to those that had participated in the campaign and that had been granted a reward. Planned dates are between September 15th 2019 and December 15th 2019.

  4. Itinerary Changes: It may be necessary, sometimes at short notice, to make changes to an itinerary due to weather, traffic or road conditions. Warmhaus Heating Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for delays caused by any form of breakdown.

  5. Visa & Travel Documentation: It is participant’s responsibility to obtain any visas, passports, health certificates or other travel documentation required. It remains the participant’s responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and meet any additional costs incurred as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.

  6. Unused Reward: Should a participant fail to join a rewarded trip, joins the trip after departure, or leave the trip prior to completion, no refund will be made. If any participant is prevented from travelling, that person may transfer their place to another suitable person (introduced by the participant and satisfying all the conditions applicable to the trip). A “suitable person” is one who has completed the booking forms, presented travel insurance, obtained approval to travel from the organizers and the transferee agrees to these Booking Conditions and all other terms of the contract between Warmhaus Heating Ltd. If the participant is unable to find a replacement, no refunds will be given for the participant not travelling or for unused services.

  7. Age & Health: No unaccompanied minors (i.e. those under 18 years of age) can be accepted on the rewarded trips, however children of 16 or more may travel provided that they are accompanied by a parent or a guardian who accepts full responsibility for them and subject, in all cases. You agree to accept the authority and decisions of tour leaders, and agents whilst on rewarded trips. If in the opinion of such person, the health or conduct of a participant before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the participant may be excluded from all or part of the tour, in which case all rewards granted will be forfeited and Warmhaus Heating Ltd. will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever to such participant.

  8. Dietary and Special Requirements: The participants must clearly state all your dietary requirements at the time of booking. It cannot be guaranteed that special dietary requirements can be met, and Warmhaus Heating Ltd. cannot take responsibility for any such requirements not being fulfilled. If you have a medical condition or require special arrangements that may affect your trip, we ask that you inform us in writing at the time of booking. If your needs cannot be reasonably accommodated, your booking may be declined.
